- All rates include full hook-ups and two (2) people per recreational vehicle.
- RV & Mobile Home guests will be charged $2.00 per day per guest.
- All rents payable in advance.
- Rents not transferable or spaces to be sub-leased.
- Planned Activities - Approximately November to April.
- Check out time is 10:00 AM
- RV Storage $15.00 per month- Must pay at least 3 months at winter rates.
- Park Models & Any Trailer w/ Awning or Shed pays 6/6 Advanced Rate.
- All permanent units will have water meters and will be charged for water.
- Permanent tenants leaving a unit, trailer or shed will be charged for mowing of their lots while they are gone.
- While in residence there will be a $7.50 monthly charge for trash for ALL residents.
- Your choice of lot requires a four month reservation with a deposit of $200.00 to be applied to advance rent. Arrival after 12/1 on the four months reservation requires the balance to be paid by 12/1. Arrival prior to 12/1 is permitted.
- A minimum of three months is required for reservations, with a deposit of $200.00 to be applied to the 3rd months rent. Three months reservations will have lots assigned by the managment. Rent on three month reservations due January 1st.
- Deposit refunded if notified before 11/1. After 11/1 no refunds on deposit or rent. A $25.00 handling fee on all deposit refunds.
